At Skidtool, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and ensuring your satisfaction. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a clear and easy returns and refund process.
Return Policy:
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and further instructions.
Exclusions: Personalized or customized items (e.g., monogrammed shirts) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Sale items and certain types of products (e.g., undergarments, swimwear) may not be eligible for returns due to hygiene reasons.
Return Process: Once you receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN), carefully package the item(s) and ship them back to us using a trackable shipping service.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item received.
Refund Policy
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
Partial Refunds: In some cases, if an item is not in its original condition or is returned after the 30-day return window, a partial refund may be issued, depending on the condition of the returned goods.
Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a replacement or full refund.
Please provide clear photos or a video of the damaged product, along with your order number, for faster processing.
Exchanges :We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or product, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
Late or Missing Refunds:If you haven’t received your refund after the processing time, please first check with your bank or payment provider.
